The outpatient department is on the 2nd floor . So when you go for your appointment take the lift to second floor. Turn left and then right and you will come to the billing department.

If this is your first visit you will need to fill in a form and you will be giving a UDIH card . this card will carry all your information and test you do at the hospital and you need to quote your member UIDH number for any billing etd.

After you make a payment 750/- Rupees for all consultations for any doctor at ambani = 50 rupees for the card and one time registration.

ECG 1st Floor is walk it - no appointment needed costs 190/- Rupees. (if you already have a card and are registered )


All tests and billing for the tests blood tests,sonography is done on the first floor. So if you have to do any test .Take the lift to the first floor and go to the billing department. You always need to go to the billing dept before proceeding anywhere else. The billing dept takes the payment and gives you a receipt which you need to show at the lab where you will be doing your tests.

There are color coded tapes on the floor . On the first floor the green line will take you to the pathology dept for giving blood and stool samples.Remember to go to the billing dept before going to the path dept.

Endocrinology department is on the first floor in the OPD Dept (follow the yellow line)

the pathology reports are available on the ground floor usually on the same days between 6-7pm (the timings of the reports dept is 10am - 7 pm and sat and sunday is closed) .
Tip:- go the next day to collect the reports as usually they are not ready on the same days even though you are told to collect them the same day.
